The General Gift Store

Many moons ago, in the spring of 2010, we opened our virtual doors to The General Gift Store with a modest but ever-growing range. The idea was to supply a carefully curated range of gifts to you, our friends out there in cyber world.

Owner, designer, gift curator and chief packer Jill, wanted to create her own little store, with her own twist. With a special interest in contemporary products - especially those that spark joy and wonder, with colour and quirk, with a reusable or recyclable edge … it was a no brainer… this store will be a big bag of random joy… and so The General Gift Store was born.

Now eleven years on we thank you for visiting, we whole heartedly thank you for purchasing, and hope that you enjoy each little gift on this site.
